AIS Professional Content Development Team Overview
AIS employs a team of Content Development professionals, committed to providing customers with the highest quality of targeted and effective training scenarios. Having a dedicated production team in-house enables AIS to quickly develop and produce effective training scenarios based on unique customer learning objectives.
By offering complete pre- to post- production and professional videography, the Content Development Team-comprised of seasoned AIS multimedia and training professionals-can work directly with the customer to produce scenarios relevant to the customer's training goals. In addition to developing specific training scenarios in-house, the Content Development team has a proven track record of engaging and managing industry-leading filming studios and acting talent pools to provide supplemental, quality development resources when required.
AIS offers a proven, three-pronged model for customers to obtain the best training content available in the industry:
- Develop and provide an extensive standard library of scenarios based on extensive knowledge of known customer learning objectives
- Develop unique customized training content for individual customers. This is a full-service model where the AIS team scripts, develops and produces the training content and final scenarios.
- Offer the PRISim Authoring tool and train customers on how to develop their own content per specific training needs.
AIS offers an Authoring option, enabling customers to develop their own customized training scenarios within our Use of Force, Marksman, and CGI products. These options provide the ultimate flexibility for customers to develop unique content only when required and utilizing their own team for filming and development. This ensures that the final product reflects the customers' training objectives. The AIS Content Development team offers extensive experience with training customers on how to leverage the Authoring tool and maximize their investment in this tool.
